Please note, however, that in order to comply with the Political Parties, Elections and Referendums Act of 2000 donations from individuals over two-hundred UK pounds may only accepted if the donor appears on an electoral register. Donations from companies over two-hundred UK pounds will only be accepted if the company is registered under :

	i.	Companies Act 1985 or the Companies (Northern Ireland) Order 1986 and
	ii.	Incorporated within the UK or another member state of the EU which carries out business within the UK.
